As Director, Solution Architects, Sara is focused on the relationship with our customers, acting as their advocate and point of escalation for any issues or challenges arising from the delivery of professional services.
She works closely with the Sales and Project Management teams to ensure Cre8tive achieves successful project delivery and the highest customer satisfaction. Sara’s background includes seven years as a management, business and systems implementation consultant. Prior to consulting she worked in operations and supply chain management with a Fortune 500 company. Sara is also Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) and a six-sigma green belt.
