Director of Customer Success
Mary Chris has 20 years of experience working with Epicor ERP and associated technologies. As the Director of Customer Success, she leads Cre8tive’s Customer Engagement Team.
Before joining Cre8tive in 2021, Mary Chris had past experience as an Epicor Financial Consultant with a laser focus on Best Practices and as a PMP Project Manager for complex and global ERP projects. Previously she had a background in Organizational Psychology.
The Customer Success team helps customers in a number of ways in their journey with Cre8tive. Her team supports our customers’ growth and operational planning and goals. Mary Chris works closely with the Cre8tive Executives, the Sales organization, Product Managers, the Professional Service organization, the PMO and the Custom Solutions Group to maintain a commitment to excellent service for our customers. Her thought leadership has contributed to helping Cre8tive maintaining global partner leadership.
