As a Financial Support Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our Customer Care Service Team. Your responsibilities will include supporting custom-tailored, high-quality financial deliverables and providing efficient customer service. Your proven experience in ERP engagements will contribute to the success of our projects.

Perks & Benefits:
· Competitive base salary within the range of $85,000 – $105,000.
· Generous monthly incentive plan based on utilization, outstanding service, teamwork, and professional development ranging from $1,000 – $3,200 monthly, $11,500 – $38,500 annually.

To qualify for this role, some of the considerations are:
· Bachelor’s degree (Business, MIS, IS, Finance or related) or equivalent experience preferred.
· 3+ years consulting, business application training, ERP implementation, and/or customer support in Epicor or similar systems required.
· Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting practices and International Financial Reporting Standards,
· Experience developing and improvement of business processes for all aspects of Financial Management, including AR, AP, Project Accounting, Asset Management, etc.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Experience in Aerospace and Defense Industry preferred.
· Ability to travel 10% for customer engagements.
