Why the Project Was Successful
The project was successful due to the close work between the Mammoth and CTND teams. This project had an aggressive schedule and the new startup activities also provided challenges. However, the collaboration between the teams was instrumental in keeping the implementation moving forward.
Next, the teams are looking to continue project work with A&D Module processes, as well as Equipment Maintenance and Asset Management processes.
