PMO Coordinator

Role Summary / Purpose:

Essential Responsibilities:

Project Readiness – Prepare Customer Portals, using established tools, prepare and embed Project Plans and Project Control lists, facilitate customer team access and security and coordinate with new customers in preparation of Project Launches.
Project Coordination – Assist Project Managers with scheduling, coordination of third party resource assignment and scheduling, facilitation of Project Changes Orders, backup for Projects Managers, as required
PMO Administration – Monitor and document requests for changes to PMO assets, facilitate release and publication of new/updated templates and assets, assist with preparation of PMO KPI reports, coordinate meetings and training events.
Operations Support – Backup for Operations and Development Coordinators
 

Qualifications / Requirements:

Organized, Attention to detail, Effective verbal and written communication, Customer Service oriented, and are competent using MS Office Tool skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
Experience with the following systems would be an asset:
  • ConnectWise Manage
  • ConnectWise Sell
  • SharePoint
  • SmartSheets

Preference may be given if you have experience in the Enterprise Software Implementation Industry.
