Won Innovation Award for Creative Implementation of Epicor
Date: April 30 – Wednesday
Time: 1:15 PM – 2:05 PM
Session Description: Join Tom Christie, AGM’s IT Manager, and John Warshawer from Cre8tive, as they explore AGM’s experience implementing Epicor 9 in a complex, low-volume, high-mix aerospace environment. Following a failed implementation of another ERP system, AGM implemented Epicor 9, going live in 2012. Since the implementation AGM has seen incredible gains: on-time shipment has gone from 75% to 95%, profitability has climbed by 37%, and company morale has radically improved. Tom will show how AGM used Epicor’s customization tools to solve challenges with lot-traceability, internal comment flow down and change management. Tom will also highlight key lessons from the failed implementation that enabled AGM to successfully move to Epicor 9.
