Business Development Representative

Role Summary/Purpose:

Essential Responsibilities:

Every day you’ll improve your communication and sales skills by speaking with the CEO’s and CFO’s who drive the world’s economy.

As the introductory face of Cre8tive Technology & Design’s sales team, we’ll rely on you to provide the energy and personality to build our brand and gain the trust of prospective customers. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Building and sustaining relationships with C-level executives through phone and email
  • Qualifying leads for our veteran sales team
  • Targeting companies with relevant marketing literature
  • Researching industry trends
  • Growing your product and industry knowledge for personal and professional growth
  • Taking on a leadership role within a small team of mostly entry-level BDRs

Desired Skills and Experience

We require candidates to possess a minimum of an Associate’s Degree, or 2 + years of equivalent work experience in business development.

  •  Business Development/lead generation
  •  Social Selling & Networking Experience
  • Proficiency with Technology- Social Selling Applications i.e. LinkedIn, Salesforce (or other CRM systems), Sales Navigator, MS Office
  • Serving/bartending/hospitality experience
  • Persuasion and prospecting skills
